Tanzila, a student of Cantonment English School and College was arrested last night when she was smoking weed with her friend named Nibras. Police was unable to catch nibras as he fled away immediately from there.
Tanzila confessed that she is one the leading drug cartel in the ciy and Nibras is her employee.
