On November 23, Lancaster police were called to a home in the 300 block of Beaver street for an unconscious Hispanic male. Upon arriving at the scene, it was discovered that 36 year old Brian Vargas was dead. After tests were administered, it was discovered that Vargas overdosed on Methamphetamine. Investigations has led to a possible supplier. If you know the whereabouts or identity of this man, please call 1-800-crime-stoppers. There is a reward being offered by the family of the victim.
