Search Warrant
To: Any authorized law enforcement officer
Affidavit: I, officer Fred, being duly sworn, state under oath that there is probable cause to believe that evidence of a crime may be found at the following location:
Krxno, located at 3748 45th Hwy N in San Diego, CA.
The evidence sought to be seized includes but is not limited to:
All digital data, files, and documents related to Krxno’s activities and operations.
All communication records, including emails, messages, and logs.
All financial and accounting records, including bank statements, invoices, receipts, and tax documents.
All software, hardware, and devices used by Krxno.
The probable cause for this search warrant is based on the following facts and circumstances:
Probable and most likely possession of child porn in his computer.
Therefore, you are hereby commanded to enter the premises of Krxno and to search the premises for the above-described items. You are authorized to seize any evidence of a crime that is found during the search. You are further authorized to use such force as may be reasonably necessary to gain entry to the premises and to execute this warrant.
This warrant shall be executed within 10 days from the date of issuance.
