Around 5:53 pm, Kayla was going to meet up with a male friend she just met in the apartments of Temple Terrace. At 6:20 pm a man with all green came from behind her and abducted her from the complex.
Kayla is 15 with a illegal tattoo her father forced her to get months ago when at 14 years old. She is 190 lb , 5’8, and was last seen wearing a black cropped tank top and very short biker shorts.
Authorities says she was targeted and set up but the 18 year old that she was meeting. The teenager’s whereabouts are unknown, and it’s unclear if she’s still in the Tampa area.
