Kylene Oswald, of Parma Ohio, has successfully sold one of Malibu’s most luxurious estates. Formerly owned by conservative radio provocateur Larry Elder, the estate reportedly sold for north of 40 million.
When asked what was next for her, Kylene said, “I’m ready to finally try surfing, even if the water isn’t that warm, even though it’s still pretty temperate this time of year.”
