Superstar country singer Morgan Wallen was critically injured in a one car accident outside of Nashville Thursday afternoon. Wallen was transported to Mercy Hospital with life threatening injuries around 3pm Thursday. The cause of the accident was not known and is under investigation by the Tennessee Transportation and Safety Board.
