11 year old girl caught stealing?

This 11 year old girl was caught stealing from the store called “ LakeShore Learning” she was reported at 3:30 pm caught stealing something called a “Simple dimple” . Her parents supposedly helped her if she also stole cash from the register. Her name is “Jocelyn” and her parents name “ Daisy and Lupe”
