A local woman claims she was at the park with her dog, when suddenly a group of men were seen emerging from a wooded area.
“The men were wearing black robes, and chanting” “One was walking a goat on a leash, and that’s when I became fearful for my dogs life”
Karen, and 42 year old stay at home mom from the area alerted authorities. There’s been no word on who the men were, or what they were doing in the park.
