Police have identified the killer soldier . They confirmed that apart from killing the retired army General Kaliisa Mark, who died as he was being rushed to Mulago Referraal hospital. He aslo wounded the NRM top political advisor Mutaasa Sebyoto who was flown to Aga khan hospital in Nairobi. Where he under went
an intense 4 hour surgery on his left arm.
The incident took place today at a trading center on the outskirts of the capital Kampala.
