Local Winter Haven teen,Kelvin Rivera has been reportedly shot around Cypress Gardens.He was with his friend Kenley around 2:30 am apparently going to go see two female friends.Kenley said something was sketchy about the girls when they all met eachother.He later also said they had sex with the two girls.After that,he said they were later walking to the car they came in to leave back to their house when two suspects shot kelvin in the arm two times and once in the chest.Kelvin is currently in ongoing surgery in Winter Haven Hospital were his friend kenley and his parents are waiting.If anyone has any leads on the 2 suspects please let local Winter Haven authorities know.
