Yesterday the Philadelphia Eagles fired head coach Doug Pederson after five years. Pederson won Super Bowl LII for the Eagles, but after that he went downhill. This season the Eagles went 4-11-1. Jeff Lurie, Eagles owner, had a meeting with Doug and fired him. Lurie said he always had interest in Adam Gase, former Jets coach. Jeff Lurie has hired Adam Gase as the new Eagles head coach.
