The re-emergence of Covid-19 in the Auckland community has been referred to as a “big surge” by US President Donald Trump.
Speaking from Mankato, Minnesota, Trump loosely compared New Zealand and America’s response to the virus.
“It’s terrible, we don’t want that,” the US leader said.
These comments sparked US news network CNN to analyse the data between the two countries.
