Mason Bailey, a 17 year old from O’Fallon, was arrested yesterday evening by the St. Charles County Police, for charges pressed by his Nextdoor neighbor. The victim states “I found him on my porch balls deep in my pet raccoon, when I started yelling he wouldn’t stop.” As of now all we know is this, and the report will be updated with new information soon.
