Ștefan Vlădică, a 15 year old centre back from the capital of Romania, Bucharest, signed with Arsenal London F.C.’s youth team, helping when with completing the defensive side of the U17 team for this season.
Arsenal made a deal with the Romanian team L.P.S. Mircea Eliade on Monday evening after weeks of scouting by the English club. The football team from London are delighted to have Vlădică, especially when they didn’t have to pay a fee for him, the youngster being under 16 years old.
Vlădică said the following: ‘I’m very happy to move to England for a team like Arsenal. I’m thankful for everything that my parents and coaches have done for me and my goal is to play for the professional team eventually.’
Vlădică will fly to London on Saturday, October 3rd, to complete his move to the Premier League team.
