Borden speaking from his home in Summerside Prince Edward Island .Borden says … I’m tired of this guy and all of his expectations…first of all I retired from my job and started training for this fight.Butterbean wants $49,000 for the fight plus expenses and he wants to stage a hotdog eating contest 2 days before the fight, with the bill going to Donald K. Donald Productions ( promoter for the card) with all the proceeds going to Butterbean and his entourage.Chris Clarke and Bob Keenan have also pulled out of this card.Making it almost impossible to go ahead with the fight.Casino Nova Scotia has yet to respond and most likely filter all the funds from the tickets into the ” All you can eat buffett this weekend” which Butterbean has agreed to attend, and of course at a fee not disclosed by the Casino.Borden says, he will continue to train regardless and if the right fight comes along he will take it.Possible stand in’s for Butterbean would be …Ken Lakusta,Ralph Hollett,Butch Stevenson and Wayne Bernard.,We will keep you posted on any new developments.
