Waterloo Regional Police are asking the public to be cautious and notify police immediately if Johny Nguyen is seen. He stands around 5 feet 6 inches and was last seen in a baseball cap and a black and red jacket. He is charged with dangerous of weapon, breach of court orders, kidnapping x3, trafficking and attempted murder.
